Delivery Times

Berlin: generally within 7 days - two of our drivers will carry your piece of furniture into your home.

Throughout Germany: generally within 2–4 weeks, depending on the region and route planning.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, the size of the piece of furniture and the number of items. You will see your exact shipping price at checkout as soon as the piece of furniture is in your shopping cart and you have entered your delivery address - transparently and before purchase.

In rare cases, for example for deliveries to islands or remote regions of Europe, the actual transport costs may be higher than the amount calculated at checkout. In that case, we will contact you before shipping: you decide whether you wish to pay the additional costs or cancel the order free of charge.

We deliver ourselves - no anonymous shipping

Within Germany, your furniture does not travel with a parcel service or an external freight forwarder. Our own drivers bring it to you in our own truck, carefully packaged and insured.

This is how your delivery works

1. Order: Please provide your mobile phone number when purchasing so that we can reach you to arrange an appointment.
2. Route planning: We schedule your delivery for the next suitable route in your region.
3. Appointment arrangement: We will call you in advance and arrange a 2-hour time window.
4. Delivery: In Berlin, to your home; outside Berlin, to the curbside. If needed, the driver will be happy to assist with carrying it.

Why it sometimes takes a little longer

Vintage and antique furniture requires special care during transport. To keep shipping costs fair, we consolidate all deliveries to a region into one shared route. In exceptional cases, delivery may therefore take longer than a month. We thank you for your understanding and will keep you informed at all times.

International delivery

We are also happy to deliver to other European countries. Outside Germany, a freight forwarder specializing in antiques handles the transport - carefully packaged and insured. Delivery generally takes place within 3–6 weeks. You will see the shipping costs for your country directly at checkout, before placing your order.

In individual regions, for example on islands or in difficult-to-reach areas, transport may be more complex. In this case, we will contact you before shipping: you then decide whether you wish to pay the additional costs or cancel the order free of charge.
